Compliance Disclosure
Waste Alliance Group (WAG) is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association. Contributions or gifts to WAG are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. They may, however, be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. A portion of membership dues and contributions may not be deductible due to lobbying or advocacy activities. WAG will notify members and contributors annually of the percentage of dues that is nondeductible.
