HEOT is a 2 Day training event for managers and operators. Day 1 classroom topics that will be covered include pre-trip inspections, "Shrinking the Box", methods to increase compaction at your landfill, global positioning systems, and much more! Day 2 will consist of hands-on field training out on the landfill. Participants will earn 16 CEU's! All registrations will include lunch, dinner, snacks throughout the day and an evening event on the night of Day 1.
Heavy Equipment Operator Training

The basic level program will train the new transfer station operator with 1-to-3-year experience. All subjects will give a cursory introduction to the material that is most relevant and likely to be encountered by a transfer station equipment operator or general laborer.
